Prices

General rates ~ Onsite Service, Office Support, etc
Home Users  
First Hour: £45.00 *  
Thereafter: £30.00 ph  
     
* The 'First Hour' includes a £15.00 attendance fee, which may be waived for any follow-up onsite visits made as part of the same initial call-out
     
Business Users  
First Hour: £55.00 *  
Thereafter: £30.00 ph  
Daily rate: £225.00  
     
* The 'First Hour' includes a £25.00 attendance fee, which may be waived for any follow-up onsite visits made as part of the same initial call-out
  
     
Telephone Support (as available)  
A reasonable amount of telephone and email follow-up support is included in the above onsite rates. However, ongoing and new issues not requiring onsite service will be charged as follows:
  
½ Hour: £15.00  
Per Hour £25.00 ph  
     
Web Services - guide prices  
Net tuition/training: £25.00 ph (neg)  
Domain Registration from £15 a year  
Advanced Web Hosting from £70 a year  
Complete Packages from £250  
     

Fixed prices can be arranged for particular projects and workbench repairs.
